Job summary

KBR's Engineering Manager role leads technical teams delivering DoD programs, overseeing network infrastructure, information assurance, software applications, and enterprise systems to meet security and mission requirements.

This on-site role requires DoD Top Secret clearance, DoD 8570 IAM II and PMP certifications, and more than a decade of leadership experience guiding complex IT projects.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen with active DoD Top Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 10+ years in senior engineering leadership.
• 10+ years managing IT/IP engineering teams.
• Experience with network infrastructure, IA, software, and enterprise IT.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering teams supporting DoD programs and enterprise IT projects.
• Oversee design, implementation, and sustainment of complex information systems.
• Ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity requirements and standards.
• Manage schedules, risks, resources, and deliverables across projects.
• Coordinate with management, customers, and subcontractors to drive execution.
