Job summary

Targa Resources seeks a Project Manager - Engineering to lead and execute midstream engineering projects from concept to startup. You will supervise multidisciplinary teams, manage scope, cost, and schedules, and ensure compliance with safety, technical, and regulatory standards.

Key duties include FEED, FEL estimates, bid packages, FAT/PSSR coordination, and ongoing technical support to operations, while advancing project risk management and reliability improvements in a dynamic energy

Qualifications

  • BS degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Civil, or Petroleum Engineering from a 4-year accredited university.
  • Willingness to travel at least 25% of the time.
  • PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage feasibility studies, FEED cost estimates, AFE generation, detailed engineering and design.
  • Develop scope of work/for-bid packages for engineering, construction, and commissioning activities.
  • Track/forecast costs and milestone schedules; communicate progress to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with project specs, standards, and regulatory codes.
  • Support ROW acquisition, permitting, land agreements, and environmental coordination.
  • Provide technical support to operations including troubleshooting and PSM compliance.
  • Review assets to enhance safety and reliability; improve capacity.
