Job summary

Targa Resources seeks a Project Manager – Engineering to lead and execute complex engineering projects from concept through completion in the midstream sector. You will ensure designs meet safety, regulatory, and technical standards while coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include feasibility studies, cost estimation, scope development, and contractor management, with focus on safety, process improvements, and regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• BS degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Civil, or Petroleum Engineering from a 4-year accredited university.
• Ability and willingness to travel at least 25% of the time.
• Regular and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Manage feasibility studies, FEL cost estimates, AFE generation, and detailed engineering and design.
• Scope, bid, and manage construction and commissioning contractors; as-built drawings; FATs and PSSR.
• Develop scope of work/for-bid packages for engineering, construction, and commissioning activities.
• Track/forecast costs and milestone schedules; communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Possess working knowledge of midstream gas processing systems and related equipment.
