Job summary

Targa Resources is seeking a Project Manager - Construction to oversee midstream facility and pipeline construction projects, ensuring safety, on-time delivery and budget adherence. You will coordinate contractors, materials, and internal resources across the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities include feasibility studies, cost estimates, design reviews, procurement, and commissioning, with close collaboration with Operations, Engineering, and Regulatory teams.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel extensively to field locations.
• Experience coordinating contractors and internal resources.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects through the full lifecycle, including feasibility, cost estimates, AFE, design, bid, construction, and commissioning.
• Support operations including troubleshooting, pipeline reroutes, uprates, maintenance, and DOT compliance initiatives.
• Coordinate pipeline design activities and material procurement; oversee contractor bid processes and change management.
