Job summary

Targa Resources is seeking a Project Manager - Engineering to lead engineering projects from conception through completion, ensuring designs meet technical, safety, and regulatory standards. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget, providing technical expertise throughout the lifecycle.

Responsibilities include FEL estimates, contractor management, PSSR oversight, and supporting operations with process safety, reliability, and optimization

Qualifications

• BS degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Civil, or Petroleum Engineering from a 4-year accredited university.
• Willingness to travel at least 25% of the time.
• Regular and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Manage feasibility studies, FEL cost estimates, AFE generation and detailed engineering.
• Scope, bid, and manage construction and commissioning contractors; review FATs and PSSR.
• Develop scope of work/for-bid packages for engineering, construction and commissioning.
• Track costs and milestones; communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Provide technical support to operations and process safety management.
