Qualifications

• Sr. Staff Engineering Project Specialist: minimum 5 years of PM/engineering experience
• Engineering Project Manager I: minimum 7 years of PM/engineering experience
• Master's degree may substitute for up to 2 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Lead diverse project teams to deliver impactful solutions on time and within budget
• Drive multiple projects from quick-turn enhancements to large-scale platform developments
• Work on a wide variety of life-saving gear from head to toe
• Foster a respectful, inclusive team environment where every voice is heard
• Present ideas and updates to internal and external stakeholders with confidence
• Navigate technical trade-offs, risks, and priorities with a strategic mindset
• Translate user needs into clear product requirements and specifications
• Guide team members, prioritize tasks, and keep projects moving forward
• Use project management tools to track progress, identify challenges, and implement solutions
• Identify opportunities to enhance products and processes with fresh ideas
