Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business administration or related discipline.
• Experience in marketing, sales, or engineering of technical products.
• MBA or graduate degree may substitute for up to 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of products and experiences within our NFPA market.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to balance long-term strategy with near-term opportunities.
• Drive front end of innovation through VOC efforts and market expertise.
• Serve as the go-to product expert for internal and external engagements and presentations.
• Establish, monitor, and achieve performance goals aligned with the project plan and company goals.
• Influence the long-range portfolio and drive consensus among stakeholders.
• Influence peers without direct authority.
