Job summary

MSA, The Safety Company in Cranberry Township, PA is seeking an Engineering Project Specialist/Manager to lead cross-functional teams and drive new product development from concept to launch. You will coordinate diverse teams, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery of life-saving safety products.

You will report to the Global Program Manager, Fire Service, and help shape the future of fire safety by delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management/engineering experience for Sr. Staff role.
• 7+ years of project management/engineering experience for Engineering Project Manager I.
• Master's degree may substitute for up to 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful, life-saving products on time and within budget.
• Manage multiple projects from concept to launch, balancing scope, schedule and cost.
• Translate customer needs into clear product requirements and specifications.
• Foster collaboration and maintain an inclusive team environment across functions.
• Present updates to internal and external stakeholders with clarity.
• Navigate technical trade-offs and risks with a strategic mindset.
