MSA Safety seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional, geographically diverse teams in high-impact New Product Development efforts. You will drive planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder reporting across mechanical, electrical, and software domains.

The role emphasizes change management, executive communication, and delivering projects on time and within budget while guiding teams through Stage-Gate processes.

Competenze

• Minimum 7 years of project management experience in cross-functional New Product Development projects.
• Minimum 10 years experience in R&D as contributor or PM.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, and software disciplines.
• CAP-M or progress towards PMP.
• Experience managing Stage-Gate NPD processes and design reviews.
• Knowledge of mechanical design processes and electronics development.
• Experience with software development methodologies and system integration.
