Job summary

Hargrove Engineers + Constructors is seeking a Project Manager to lead engineering projects from scope to closeout. You will drive schedules, budgets, and quality while coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and client communications.

Ideal candidates hold a BS/MS in engineering, PE registration, and PMP certification. The role requires up to 10 years of experience and is based in the United States with on-site duties in Alabama.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Civil Engineering from an accredited university is preferred.
• Professional Engineering and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) registration is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of project management for moderately complex engineering projects.
• Ensure on-time delivery within budget and quality standards.
• Maintain control of project through performance budget tracking and scheduling.
• Coordinate resource requirements and lead the project team through weekly coordination meetings.
• Review and approve engineering documents, submittals, and change notices.
