Job summary

ELITechGroup in Utah seeks an Engineering Project Manager to lead planning, coordination, and execution of engineering programs from design through production. You will oversee technical development, schedules, and testing, ensuring compliance with standards and customer requirements.

The role emphasizes collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, managing documents within the Quality Systems, and guiding prototypes through production transitions.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or demonstrated equivalent project management capability through related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Plans and formulates engineering program according to project requirements and company standards.
• Reviews product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, applicable regulatory standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications.
• Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems.
• Coordinates with internal and external project stakeholders, as needed, throughout the design and development process, including the transition to production.
• Performs and/or coordinates the design, execution, and documentation of experiments and test protocols to verify that designs meet input requirements and to validate that the product meets intended use.
