Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field and 5+ years of related experience.
  • Earned Value Management (EVM) / Control Account Management experience required.
  • Ability to initiate, plan, and manage projects.

Responsibilities

  • Decompose SOW into WBS and IMS.
  • Build schedules using Microsoft Project.
  • Monitor schedule, timelines, and milestones from initiation to delivery.
  • Provide project status to stakeholders.
  • Estimate remaining effort and cost (EAC).
  • Perform Earned Value Management analysis to identify variances.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver products/services.
  • Develop Basis of Estimates (BOEs).
  • Identify issues and develop solutions to non-routine challenges.
