Job summary

SCCI is seeking a skilled Program Manager to lead a team of engineers for a Systems Engineering contract. This position is in support of future work expected in 2028 and is located in Dahlgren, VA.

Essential duties include EVMS tracking, IMS scheduling, cost‑performance analyses, and managing baselines to keep milestones and plans on track. Strong communication and leadership are required for success on DoD software and weapon system programs.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active Secret Security Clearance.
• Bachelor's degree and ten years of relevant experience or fifteen years of equivalent experience.
• Ten years of experience in research, systems engineering, design, and development with combat or fire control systems.
• Experience managing large programs, establishing milestones, schedules and costs, and leading multi‑discipline teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain EVMS tracking and cost performance reporting.
• Manage integrated master schedules and baselines to align with mission plans.
• Deliver lifecycle project management, risk monitoring, and cost estimation.
• Develop performance metrics and project tracking tools for resources, schedule, and spend.
