Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus six or more years in project controls or related field.
• Experience in cost analysis, scheduling, and earned value management (EVMS).
• Proficiency with EVMS, cost-schedule integration, CPM, and risk analysis.
• Knowledge of varied contract types (FFP, T&M, CPAF, CPFF, hybrid).
• Strong written and verbal communication for technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain budgets, forecasts, schedules, and performance reports.
• Develop and update IMS using critical path methodology (CPM).
• Coordinate schedule updates with program management and technical teams.
• Perform cost, schedule, and earned value analyses and propose corrective actions.
• Establish baselines and support Estimates at Completion and forecast analyses.
• Conduct schedule health and risk assessments and report results to stakeholders.
• Use earned value metrics to monitor progress and risks.
• Support new-business proposals with preliminary schedules and staffing/cost estimates.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and maintain safe working practices.
