Job summary

Smith Seckman Reid, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager (Electrical or Mechanical) in Dallas, hybrid work arrangement. You will lead high‑scope projects, serve as the primary client contact, and ensure alignment of scope with contractual obligations while mentoring junior project managers.

Ideal candidates bring a technical engineering background, 10+ years of experience, and strong financial management skills to drive successful delivery and client satisfaction across multiple programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 10+ years of related project experience OR 15+ years on similar projects.
• Engineer licensure preferred for ABET-accredited degrees.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-scope, high-complexity projects or multiple programs.
• Serve as primary client contact and trusted advisor.
• Develop financial plans and budgets; manage project revenue and costs.
• Mentor Project Managers I and II and guide cross‑discipline teams.
• Build staffing plans and manage task-hour estimates across disciplines.
