Custom Fabricating & Repair, Inc. in Marshfield, WI invites a results-driven Project Manager (Engineering Dept.) to lead complex projects from order receipt to customer sign-off.

This role coordinates with service, manufacturing, controls & automation, sales, and field installation teams to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has a proven PM track record in dairy/food sectors, strong CAD skills (AutoCAD 2D), and solid knowledge of how design impacts production

Qualifications

• Proven track record as a project manager.
• Experience in the dairy, food, and beverage industry is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret P&ID.
• Understanding of how design impacts manufacturing processes, machining, and production routing.
• Experience with AutoCAD 2D.
• Proficiency with PC and Windows OS and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead project from receipt of order through customer sign-off.
• Travel to site up to ~30% as needed.
• Coordinate across service, manufacturing, controls & automation, sales, and field installation teams.
• Prepare and submit submittals for customer approvals.
• Oversee BOMs, materials purchases, and vendor relations.
• Develop project-specific safety programs with Safety Manager.
• Attend project meetings and manage manpower estimates.
