Plant Engineering Manager – Dairy

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Base Pay Range

$160,000 – $160,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering support for production systems, utilities, and facility infrastructure
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs
• Drive process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce downtime, and enhance product quality
• Ensure compliance with food safety, environmental, and OSHA regulations
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, quality, and supply chain teams
• Mentor and develop engineering staff to build technical capability and leadership

Qualifications

• 5+ years dairy experience
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering
• 10+ years of engineering experience in manufacturing, with 5+ years in a leadership role within the food and beverage industry
• Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and regulatory compliance
• Proven experience in reliability engineering
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or TPM methodologies
