Qualifications

• 5-10 years experience in large capital project engineering and project management.
• Experience in dairy, food, or sanitary processes strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or similar degree/experience required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and close capital projects.
• Develop project scope, design requirements, and capital estimates.
• Coordinate contractor/vendor selection, equipment specs, and purchases.
• Ensure projects comply with codes, safety, and QA policies.
• Track budgets, timelines, and deliverables; report progress to management.
