BWX Technologies, Inc. (BWXT) is seeking a Supply Chain Project Manager to lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives across BWXT locations. The role aims to improve performance, reduce cost, enhance service levels, and support strategic growth.

You will guide projects from concept through implementation with clear stakeholder communication and timely execution. The position involves hybrid work in Lynchburg, VA and other sites; you will manage project plans, KPIs, risks, and vendor

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of Project Management experience.
• Experience leading complex multi-site projects.
• Experience managing scope, cost, schedule, and external vendors.
• Proficiency with project management tools and data platforms like Excel, Power BI.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• U.S. citizen; ability to obtain DOE clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional supply chain initiatives across multiple BWXT locations to improve performance and reduce cost.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Foster collaboration among procurement, logistics, manufacturing, IT, finance, and customer-facing teams.
• Analyze data to identify gaps, opportunities, and risks, and translate insights into actions.
• Monitor progress and update leadership; escalate risks and mitigate blockers.
• Support management activities including training, documentation, and stakeholder alignment.
• Track KPIs and project financials to confirm value realization.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
