Job summary

Lamb Weston in Kennewick, WA is seeking a Project Manager to direct capital engineering projects, lead cross-functional teams, and drive scope, schedule, and budgets. You will prepare CIRs, oversee tendering, and ensure successful project delivery from design through startup.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 5+ years PM/CapEx experience, with strong communication and leadership abilities. Travel up to 50% is required across NA and international sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• Minimum 5 years practical experience as a Project Manager, Sr. Engineer, or Plant Engineering Manager with Cap/Ex experience.
• Ability to travel up to 50% for project work across NA and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Drive for a TIR of ‘0’ ZERO and zero impact on product quality.
• Lead cross-functional project teams across Procurement, Operations, Safety, Quality, Environmental, and Finance.
• Develop scope, schedule, budget estimates, and cost justifications; manage CIRs and capital plans.
• Oversee project installation, cost tracking, training and startup support, and post-project support.
