Job summary

Sealed Air is seeking a Project Engineering Manager to lead engineering project execution at its Wichita Falls manufacturing facility. Reporting to the Plant Manager, this role oversees capital projects, automation implementation, controls upgrades, and process engineering activities designed to improve manufacturing performance, reliability, and cost.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 8–10 years of manufacturing experience.
• Proven experience leading engineering projects in manufacturing.
• Experience with capital projects, automation, controls, and process improvement.
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Data-driven decision making to drive results.
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing operations.
• Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodology experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage multiple concurrent engineering projects with scope, schedule, budget, and objectives.
• Lead capital projects planning and automation initiatives across the facility.
• Partner with production teams to improve capacity, yield, cycle time, and cost.
• Provide process engineering support, root cause analysis, and technical problem solving.
• Improve data collection and analysis to support data-based decisions.
• Coach and develop engineering resources while promoting accountability and collaboration.
