MSA Safety is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams and guide new product development from concept to launch. You will report to the Global Program Manager, Fire Service, and drive projects that protect people and assets around the world.

This role blends engineering rigor with strategic communication, risk management, and budget stewardship in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Sr. Staff Engineering Project Specialist – minimum 5 years of project management / engineering experience
• Engineering Project Manager I – minimum 7 years of project management / engineering experience
• Master's degree may be substituted for up to 2 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions on time and within budget
• Manage multiple projects from concept to launch
• Translate user needs into clear product requirements and specifications
• Mentor and motivate team members to keep projects moving forward
• Communicate updates to internal and external stakeholders with clarity
