Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years leading a technical team, or ~10 years experience leading a technical team.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Directs, coordinates and exercises functional authority for planning, organizing, control, integration and completion of engineering projects.
• Coordinates subordinate recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, and work assignments.
• Plans and formulates engineering programs and organizes project staff according to requirements.
• Assigns project personnel to specific phases or aspects of projects.
• Coordinates activities related to technical developments, scheduling and resolving design/test problems.
