Job summary

Dayton Superior in Utah is seeking a Project Engineer/Coordinator to coordinate schedules, issues, and risks for Key Account Engineering projects, monitor daily tasks, and provide management reports. You will act as a liaison among team members and other functions to ensure timely task completion.

The role emphasizes data analysis, independent work with guidance on complex problems, and collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline and 2–5 years of experience in a related field OR MS/MA and generally 2–4 years of experience in a related field. Certification is required in some areas.
• Experience in preparing and interpreting flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.
• Knowledge of Pre-cast and Tilt-up shop drawings and insulated concrete panel shop drawings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and monitoring the daily progress of projects.
• Coordinating project schedules, resources, and information.
• Liaising with functional leaders to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives.
• Organizing and providing detailed updates to managers and other stakeholders.
• Planning meetings and organizing project logistics.
