Qualifications

  • 2+ years' experience in construction or a relevant bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

  • Contract management: review design, contracts, subcontracts, and permits.
  • Lead regular meetings with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders under the Project Manager.
  • Monitor project budget, costs, and forecast financials; report variances.
  • Provide operational planning support, constructability reviews, and ensure compliance with plans and specs.
  • Oversee construction progress and schedule; collaborate with teams and clients.
  • Delegate tasks to team members based on skills and capabilities.
  • Assist with inspections and documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.
