Job summary

Trystar seeks an Engineering Project Manager in Burnsville, MN, to lead complex, multidisciplinary projects in RDE. You will own scope, schedules, costs, and performance with input from mechanical, electrical, controls, software, and manufacturing teams.

You will report to the RDE Project Engineering Manager and drive cross-functional coordination, governance, and commercialization readiness across teams. Hybrid work is available with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in engineering or related field; CAPM/CPPM certification required.
• 7+ years leading engineering or R&D project initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• PMP progress is preferred but not required; equivalency may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, multidisciplinary engineering projects within delegated authority.
• Coordinate mechanical, electrical, controls, software, and manufacturing workstreams.
• Develop integrated schedules, budgets, and risk/issue management.
• Provide project governance, reviews, and change control across sponsors.
• Report progress and milestones to senior leaders on a monthly cadence.
• Coach team members and ensure adherence to established project processes.
