Job summary

ARRO Consulting, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to lead all phases of engineering projects from initiation to completion.

You will manage scope, schedules, budgets, client communication, and technical execution while upholding quality, regulatory compliance, and client expectations. You will collaborate with engineers, designers, field personnel, contractors, regulatory agencies, and multidisciplinary project teams to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field is required.
• Minimum of 5–10 years of progressive engineering experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred or required depending on discipline.
• Prior project management experience within consulting, municipal, utility, infrastructure, or related environments preferred.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, staffing, and client relationships.
• Strong knowledge of engineering project management principles and practices.
• Reviewing engineering plans, specifications, contracts, and technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Manage engineering projects from proposal development through final completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, staffing plans, and project deliverables.
• Serve as the primary client contact and maintain strong client relationships.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and project resources to support successful project delivery.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget requirements.
• Prepare project status reports, cost projections, resource forecasts, and project performance metrics.
• Review engineering plans, specifications, reports, and technical documents for quality, accuracy, and completeness.
