Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of PM experience in construction, engineering, or industrial services.
• Experience coordinating contractors, vendors, and clients.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and technical docs.
• Strong organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, kickoff meetings, and establish scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate schedules across multiple stakeholders and manage resources.
• Oversee project logistics, site access, background checks, and field support.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and drive projects to successful completion.
• Maintain project documentation in ERP and reporting systems.
• Serve as primary client contact and provide regular progress updates.
• Support contract review and administrative activities.
