Job summary

K&A Power Group in Orange, Connecticut, is seeking a highly motivated Project Coordinator to join our team on exciting energy and utility projects. You’ll support budgets, procurement, invoicing, asset management, and interface with finance and project managers to ensure accurate project costs.

The role requires a two-year degree in business, at least 1 year of construction/project management experience, and strong Excel skills; SAP experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree in business related field is required.
• At least 1 year experience in construction and project management.
• Proficiency in Excel with pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and advanced functions; SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work on budgets, procurement, invoicing, asset management and interfacing with finance, management, program management and project managers to provide accurate dollars for implementation of projects and ongoing cost for operational support.
• Perform a wide range of analyst assignments and resolve recurring problems independently without close supervision.
• Parse data and present it in a meaningful format.
• Analyze project financials and budgets.
• Anticipate upcoming responsibilities or needs and use initiative appropriately.
• Utilize SAP to prepare purchase requests and purchase orders, troubleshoot issues, and process receipts, accruals, and invoices.
