Job summary

K&A Power Group in Orange, CT seeks a Project Coordinator to support budgeting, procurement, invoicing, and project controls on energy and utility projects.

You will analyze financials, prepare purchase orders, and interface with management and project managers. The role requires a two-year business degree, at least one year in construction or project management, advanced Excel skills, and SAP experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree in business or related field required.
• Must be self-motivated with ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
• One year experience in construction and project management.
• Excel expertise, including pivot tables and functions; SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Works on budgets, procurement, invoicing, asset management and interfaces with finance and project managers to provide accurate costs.
• Analyze project financials and budgets to support project controls.
• Prepare purchase requests and purchase orders.
• Troubleshoots and resolves issues with attention to detail.
