Job summary

Swaysland Professional Engineering Consultants, Inc. is seeking a driven Project Coordinator to join our Fort Lauderdale team and help deliver high-quality projects from kickoff to completion.

You will collaborate with engineers, clients, and internal teams to keep initiatives on track and within budget. The role requires 2+ years of project coordination experience, exceptional organization, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably in engineering or construction.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Familiarity with engineering or technical project environments is a plus.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor engineering project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Serve as a primary point of contact between project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates.
• Schedule and facilitate project meetings, site visits, and internal reviews.
• Track project budgets and resources.
• Support engineers with administrative and logistical tasks.
