Job summary

TPI Global Solutions in Michigan is seeking an organized Engineering Project Coordinator to support lead project engineers on a variety of engineering projects, design reviews, and field activities.

You will read drawings, prepare drawings and reports, coordinate tasks, travel for site visits, and ensure technical documentation is accurate and on schedule.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a scientific or technical field or equivalent.
• Strong reading of engineering drawings and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Collect, review, and calculate technical data to support engineering projects.
• Perform basic field testing as required.

• Prepare engineering drawings, maps, finalized drawings, and graphic exhibits.

This role may require site visits and travel to support fieldwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, review, and calculate technical data to support engineering projects.
• Perform basic field testing within the relevant area of specialization, as required.
• Coordinate multiple engineering projects and assist lead project engineers with project activities.
• Support design reviews, consolidate drawing comments, and assist with specification development.
• Prepare engineering drawings, maps, finalized drawings, and graphic exhibits.
• Develop field reports, inspection reports, and project summary reports.
• Review engineering drawings and technical documents for accuracy and completeness.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum two-year college degree in a scientific or technical field, or equivalent qualification.

• Ability to coordinate multiple projects, tasks, and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Bluebeam or Adobe Acrobat.

• Willingness to accept direction, follow instructions, and work collaboratively with the engineering team.
