Job summary

Bloom Engineering, a Wabtec Company, seeks a Project Coordinator to support execution of custom engineered-to-order projects from order receipt through design, manufacturing, and delivery. You will liaise with Engineering, Sales, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and customers to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery and clear communication of progress.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 2–5 years of project coordination or similar experience.
• Experience in manufacturing/engineered-to-order environments preferred.
• Familiarity with project lifecycles from design through delivery.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers in planning and coordinating custom engineered-to-order projects.
• Create and maintain project schedules, timelines, and milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities between Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, and Sales.
• Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and maintained.
• Track deliverables and deadlines; escalate risks or delays as needed.
