Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related discipline and 10+ years of progressive professional project administration experience.
• Broad understanding of project administration principles, theories, concepts and techniques.
• Ability to organize, plan, schedule, conduct, and coordinate work to meet milestones or completion dates.

Responsibilities

• Administer daily operational aspects of one or more ongoing projects; participate in project plan development and scheduling.
• Analyze data and situations to develop solutions with project manager and engineering staff.
• Prepare electronic and hard copy reports and records for project control and procurement.
• Represent the organization as a primary contact with outside organizations, especially Procurement.
