Job summary

Aqua America, Inc. is seeking an Administrative Assistant for our Texas Engineering team, based in Spring or Austin. You will support daily workflows, manage files, and assist with billing questions, while coordinating with contractors and internal staff to keep projects moving forward.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; college coursework a plus.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience; 2+ years in admin preferred.
• Experience with budget management or project coordination is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain departmental files and project records.
• Generate Purchase Orders using the SAP system.
• Track project budgets and maintain related documentation.
• Process project invoices and route for approval.
• Assist customers with billing and service questions.
• Provide clerical support: mail, correspondence, and filing.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and employee information.
• Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with team members to support engineering projects.
