Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or AA degree with 1–3 years related experience.
• Must read, write and understand English with strong verbal and writing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Proficient at reading blueprints and BOMs.
• Familiar with industry standards and certifications.
• Knowledge of supply chain and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain status on customer requirements for existing products.
• Review quotes for accuracy and coordinate customer inquiries with all departments.
• Review master schedule and establish priorities; revise schedules as necessary.
• Provide information for and participate in master schedule review meetings and purchasing meetings.
• Coordinate results with sales, manufacturing, shipping, and customers.
• Monitor inventory and analyze discrepancies; maintain records and reports.
• Receive and address customer complaints; trace missing/delayed shipments or quality issues; report findings.
