Job summary

Supermicro is seeking a dynamic Program Manager to lead and oversee engineering programs including scheduling, cost analysis, early access, and first customer shipment. You will coordinate cross-functional teams from Sales, Production, and Purchasing to deliver turnkey products on time.

This role requires exceptional project management and communication skills and will involve regular in-office attendance. Salary range $85,000-$123,000 plus comprehensive benefits; in-office location with growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field and 5+ years in the computer/server industry.
• Experience with contract manufacturing, product development and PM.
• Strong cross-functional coordination with Engineering, Sales, Operations and Logistics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interface with OEM customers to provide turnkey manufacturing services.
• Lead production planning, material readiness, and order fulfillment to meet forecasts.
• Coordinate cross-functional tasks across Sales, Production, Product Management and Purchasing.
• Assist engineering programs including NPI, FAI and ECO scheduling and planning.
• Analyze forecasts and maintain material schedules to mitigate shortages.
• Manage end-of-life product schedules and post-sale service planning.
• Identify process improvements across supply chain and product lifecycle.
• Handle special projects as assigned.
