NMB Technologies Corporation is seeking an Engineering Program Manager to oversee engineering and QA issues across customer accounts. The role requires coordinating with design centers, factories, and suppliers to ensure milestones and quality targets are met.

You will lead cross-functional teams, present project status and risk assessments to stakeholders, and drive process improvements and product development in alignment with customer needs.

Qualifications

• Mechanical engineering degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of related engineering experience.
• Experience in cross-functional, international teams.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and design software.

Responsibilities

• Manage engineering and QA issues for customer accounts.
• Serve as the main technical and project contact for customers and internal teams.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans with milestones and schedules.
• Drive closure for quality issues with stakeholders.
• Provide technical support for product design and manufacturing.
