Job summary

Inframark invites experienced professionals to join our Automation and Intelligence team as an Engineering Program Manager. You will lead the technical delivery of water and wastewater projects, coordinating with project managers, field teams, and vendors to ensure scope, budget, and schedule are met.

This role requires deep industry knowledge, leadership, and strong communication with customers to drive success.

Qualifications

• A four-year engineering or electrical degree is required.
• 10+ years' experience in the automation industry and field service functions.
• 5 years' experience in municipal Water & Wastewater sector.
• Proven leadership and progressive project management responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical project delivery and ensure alignment with customer requirements and Inframark standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, execution resources, field managers and technicians to meet scope and budget.
• Manage project risks, QA/QC activities, and customer communications throughout FAT/SAT and handoff.
