Job summary

Inframark, LLC is seeking an Engineering Program Manager - Technical Lead to oversee technical solution delivery for water and wastewater projects. This role leads project technical teams, interfaces with customers, and ensures solutions meet Inframark standards and customer requirements.

The position emphasizes leadership across project delivery, risk management, and collaboration with field and operations teams. A strong track record in automation and municipal water/wastewater is expected.

Qualifications

• A four-year engineering or electrical degree is required.
• Minimum of 10+ years’ experience in the automation industry and field service functions.
• 5 years of experience specifically in municipal Water & Wastewater industry.
• Proven leadership and progressive project management responsibility.
• Excellent communications skills and the ability to lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical deliverables and ensure alignment with project scope.
• Support project managers on schedules and resource planning.
• Engage customers to clarify, resolve, or dispute technical needs.
• Lead QA/QC during key project phases and handoff to customer.
• Collaborate with Sales, Estimating, vendors, and field teams for project success.
• Manage project risks and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
