Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with project planning, scheduling, risk management, and status-reporting tools.
• Financial acumen to evaluate project investments, budgets and forecasts; maximize business value.
• Clear communication and influence across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through the gated project management process with defined scope, objectives, deliverables, success criteria, schedules, budgets and governance.
• Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, sourcing, quality, product management and suppliers.
• Establish operating rhythms and decision-making processes; provide direction and support to teams and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans with milestones, dependencies and critical paths.
• Maintain project financials, forecasted benefits and variances; monitor spending.
• Identify risks and mitigation plans; elevate decisions when needed.
• Provide concise, data-driven status reports to teams and leadership.
• Improve project execution by applying standard work and best practices.
