Job summary

Rosendin is hiring an Engineering Program Manager to lead project budgets, resources, and margins on key electrical projects.

This hybrid role combines office work with site visits; you will coordinate with team leads, directors, and Rosendin Production and Engineers to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in construction and a Bachelor's in Finance, Construction Management, or Engineering, with strong Excel and Oracle skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Oracle preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare a complete estimate for all projects with review of plans and scope
• Plan and organize engineering projects under team direction
• Prepare proposals and EPCO in coordination with team leads
• Ensure proposals and EPCOs are submitted promptly and recorded
• Validate and document customer acceptance of proposals and EPCOs
• Maintain logs to track project progress and update resource projections
• Prepare and review weekly project financial reports
• Communicate with Rosendin Production and Engineers for timely results
