Job summary

Msdprojectclear is seeking a senior leader to oversee the Planning Division - Capital Project Planning Program, responsible for hydraulic models and capital project planning for storm and sanitary systems. Qualifications

• Provides leadership and manages the daily operations of a program within the Engineering Department.
• Directs, develops, and motivates staff to meet the objectives that assist in achieving the District's strategic plan.
• Plan, organize and direct all activities of a program as required to achieve program goals.
• Manage and supervise the daily activities of personnel assigned to the program.
• Coordinate activities with other programs within the Division and the Department; maintain working relationship with public officials.
• Maintain records and prepare reports.
• Regular functions may include but are not limited to coordinating activities with District legal staff, coordinating activities with other Departments within the District, attend and/or conduct public hearings and presentations.
