Northrop Grumman, Rolling Meadows, IL, seeks a Project Management Lead to join the E&S Hardware Engineering team. You will partner with the RM HWE Director to drive strategic initiatives, establish operating rhythms, and enable data‑driven decisions across a large engineering organization.

The role requires PM experience, strong analytical and presentation skills, and the ability to obtain a U.S. Secret security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years relevant experience or Master’s with 3+ years.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.
• Demonstrated PM, analytical, planning, and presentation skills.
• Self‑motivated with ability to prioritize and multitask under deadlines.
• US Citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic initiatives and operating rhythms across the RM HWE organization.
• Serve as the focal point for communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Lead internal projects and cross‑discipline teams, manage budgets.
• Develop workforce metrics, forecast workforce movement, and analytics.
• Prepare leadership meeting agendas and materials; brief the Director.
