Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering programs for medium to large-scale product development.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with engineering, programs, operations and suppliers.
• Ability to manage planning, budgeting, schedules and customer delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, organization and coordination of engineering activities to meet customer requirements.
• Develop project plans, schedules and budgets; manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Represent RTX as primary contact for customers and ensure alignment on objectives.
• Identify risks, devise mitigation strategies and drive solutions for project success.
• Pursue cost-saving opportunities to improve profitability while maintaining quality.
• Oversee technical aspects of commercial premium cabin seating from design through delivery.
