Job summary

RTX, in collaboration with Collins Aerospace, is seeking an Engineering Program Lead for Interiors Premium Seating. You will drive planning, budgeting, and execution of medium to large-scale seating projects, coordinating a cross-functional team of engineers, program managers, and suppliers to meet milestones and quality standards.

You will manage customer interfaces, identify risks, pursue cost-saving opportunities, and oversee technical requirements across all project phases, including entry

Qualifications

• Typically requires a STEM degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree with minimum 7 years of experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, organization, and coordination of engineering activities to uphold customer satisfaction and project deliverables.
