Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Project Manager to oversee hardware development for spaceflight, supporting NASA programs and commercial efforts. You will manage schedules, develop BOEs, and review technical documentation for compliance and cost efficiency.

The role requires a BS degree with 4+ years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams under NASA processes. Some after-hours support may be required.

Qualifications

• Requires BS degree and at least 4 years relevant experience.
• Experience with spaceflight hardware development and certification.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and interpret NASA processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage hardware development projects to design, build, certify, and deliver new hardware for spaceflight.
• Create and maintain resource-loaded schedules in MS Project Professional.
• Develop Basis-of-Estimates (BOEs) for new on-contract growth.
• Review, author, and approve work orders, non-conformance reports, and technical docs.
