Job summary

Chamberlain Group is seeking an Engineering Program Manager to define, scope, and drive multiple projects within the Engineering group. You will partner with Engineering leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver on commitments and maintain program health.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of project leadership in an engineering setting, with experience in agile tools like Jira/Confluence, and a bachelor's degree in engineering or related field. Hybrid work options apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 4+ years of related experience in engineering projects.
• Experience leading end-to-end projects.
• Experience in an engineering environment preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to own a project from scoping through delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define, scope, and drive program/multiple projects with stakeholders.
• Maintain the source of truth for commitments, dependencies, and status.
• Translate business requirements into engineering tasks and timelines.
• Maintain dashboards and status updates for program health.
• Track resourcing against scope and resolve conflicts.
• Communicate program plan and status to team and stakeholders.
• Protect confidentiality and comply with health and safety guidelines.
• Keep professional knowledge current by attending workshops and reading publications.
• Contribute to team effort and participate in related projects.
