Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and final delivery of complex engineering projects.
• Coordinate and manage multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure alignment and timely completion of milestones.
• Collaborate directly with customers to define and document detailed technical requirements and create execution plans.
• Effectively manage project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Provide technical support and expertise during the pre-sales and solution development phases.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet the highest standards for quality and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Demonstrable experience in managing engineering projects, preferably in the Technology, Energy, or Advanced Engineering Services sectors.
• Technical Skills: Strong technical foundation and understanding of solution design and development processes.
• Leadership: Proven skills in leadership, resource management, and conflict resolution.
• Travel: Ability to travel as needed for client or team meetings (subject to business needs).
• Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills.
