Ideal candidates have 3+ years in program management, strong JIRA/Confluence skills, and experience in manufacturing or engineering environments. This is a hybrid role with four days in the office weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of program management or project management experience.
• Strong experience using JIRA, Confluence, and project management tools.
• Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills.
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, automotive, aerospace, or technical environments preferred.
• Knowledge of engineering change management, product lifecycle management (PLM), or Agile methodologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Track engineering releases, project milestones, certifications, and deliverables.
• Maintain project dashboards, timelines, and status reports using JIRA and Confluence.
• Monitor program risks, dependencies, and schedule impacts while developing mitigation plans.
• Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure project alignment.
• Lead status meetings, document action items, and follow through on deliverables.
• Prepare executive-level reports and program health updates.
• Support data-driven decision-making through accurate project tracking and reporting.
